With our globally unique training concept, REFRA-Training on site, we have developed a modular container system that provides an unbeatable combination of theoretical and practical training and comes directly to our customers.

With this flexible, time- and location-independent training ­module, we not only enable our customers to train their own employees working in the refractory sector directly on site in their plants, but we can also provide them with an exclusive training program customized to their needs.

 

Theory and practice.

With our fully equipped containers, REFRA-Training on site is able to offer professional and exclusive training sessions and workshops at anytime and anywhere.

This gives all participants the opportunity to apply the know­ledge they initially acquired in theoretical trainings in practice, directly on site and in small groups.

 

Learning by doing.

In the modular system, which consists of individual adapted containers, the participants are trained intensively in the ­installation of refractory bricks and the processing and installation of refractory concretes.

 

Smarter together.

Since 2014, our professional REFRA-Academy teams provide the REFRA-Training on site and, over time, they have continuously developed the program together with the training participants based on their feedback.

Extensive experiences in countries around the world, in their various industries and cultures, are continuously integrated into the training program.

 

 

Erfolgsgeschichte.

Refratechnik hat 2018 am weltweit angesetzten „INTEGRATE Global Suppliers Innovation Program“ der CEMEX Gruppe, mit der Idee „Counteract knowledge loss – special training on site“ teilgenommen.

Mit Erfolg, denn unser REFRA-Training on site – Trainingskonzept, wurde von den weltweiten Entscheidungsträgern aus dem operativen Geschäft mit dem 3. Platz gewürdigt. Die Auszeichnung spiegelt einmal mehr die Innovationskraft und den engen Kundenbezug unserer Unternehmensgruppe wieder.
